Job Brief:

As a Staffing Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications and fit, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients which includes understanding the specific needs of the roles, identifying the best sources for potential candidates, and leveraging social media to reach a wide range of potential candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance which involves coordinating with hiring managers, tracking application progress, and ensuring a timely and efficient recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role which involves preparing and asking insightful interview questions, gauging candidate responses, and assessing both the hard skills and soft skills of each candidate
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process which involves regular communication to update clients on the status of their vacancies and to provide feedback to candidates on their application status.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process which includes assisting with crafting job descriptions, advising on interview techniques, or providing insights on market trends and salary benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations which involves staying updated on changes in labor laws, respecting privacy and confidentiality rights, and promoting non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
