Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in executive-level recruitment
  • Proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent for executive-level positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
