  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective, and that candidates have a positive experience
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and ensure that all employees are treated fairly and respectfully
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure that all employees feel valued and supported
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews, and ensure that employees are held accountable for their performance
  • Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring that it is competitive and fair, and that it supports the company's goals and values
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with any changes that may affect the company

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology
