We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in recruiting for a variety of positions. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including follow-up emails and phone calls
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
