  • Act as a bridge between the HR and IT teams, facilitating collaboration to pinpoint system issues, devise solutions, and implement improvements and upgrades to the HRIS.
  • Implement an effective training program for HR staff and other HRIS users to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the system, including its features, functionalities, and updates.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the HRIS by conducting regular audits, correcting discrepancies, and verifying input and output data.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to the HRIS, which involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with service providers for system updates and troubleshooting, and evaluating vendor performance.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management.
