  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and hiring decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
