  • Foster and sustain connections with candidates as well as external recruitment collaborators.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management to improve recruitment processes

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
