Job Brief:

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, investigating and resolving complaints, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees. You will work closely with HR and legal teams to ensure that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
  • Conduct training sessions on employee relations topics, including harassment prevention and diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams on employee relations matters, including policy development and legal compliance

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or related field
