This position will report to the Director of HR and will work closely with other departments to ensure that our HR programs and initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and effectively communicated throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and posting job openings to coordinating resume reviews, facilitating interviews, and making the final candidate selection.
  • Handle onboarding activities for new hires, such as orientation sessions, and manage exit procedures for outgoing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and keep up to date with any changes that may affect the company's HR practices.
  • Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, which may encompass health insurance, retirement planning, paid leave, and other perks and benefits.
  • Oversee and manage employee relations, offering assistance with dispute resolution, instituting disciplinary measures as necessary, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop key performance indicators for HR operations to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs and initiatives, and to inform decision-making and strategy planning.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
