Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as social work, counseling, or psychology)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in job coaching or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of disability and employment-related laws and regulations
- Familiarity with job search strategies and employment resources
- Ability to develop and implement individualized employment plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
