Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in escrow or title
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of escrow and title industry regulations and procedures preferred
