  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all participants are notified and prepared
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring that all communications are accurate and professional
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reports, ensuring that all expenses are properly recorded and accounted for
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
