Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise all operational departments, including but not limited to production, logistics, and customer service, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, mitigating legal and financial risks.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other departments such as sales, finance, and HR to ensure streamlined operations and effective cross-functional communication.
  • Cultivate and develop a high-performing operations team through effective leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Spot opportunities for process optimization, implementing changes that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Create and manage budgets pertaining to operational expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus
