  • Assist with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, and providing emotional support
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring that the unit has all necessary materials to operate efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as nursing and radiology, to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
