Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Document patient care and progress accurately and timely

Job Brief:

As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. This role requires a high level of skill and expertise, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage patients' airways, breathing, and circulation
  • Administer and titrate medications to maintain hemodynamic stability
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs and blood gas analysis
  • Assist with procedures, such as intubation and central line placement
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements and Skills:

  • Active RN license
  • BSN or higher degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
