Detailed Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients' airways, breathing, and circulation
- Administer and titrate medications to maintain hemodynamic stability
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs and blood gas analysis
- Assist with procedures, such as intubation and central line placement
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements and Skills:
- Active RN license
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
