- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and other financial transactions, including drafting offering memoranda, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deal terms
- Conduct due diligence and research on potential investment opportunities, including analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including attending client meetings and industry conferences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions, including monitoring regulatory changes and economic indicators
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking or related field
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
