The traditional way of preparing question papers took time and effort for teachers, resulting in delays in delivering quality learning materials to students. Knovator, a digital solutions provider, identified the issue and worked closely with Milan Gajera to develop an innovative digital solution to streamline the process.

Milan Gajera used a manual offline process for question bank preparation, which was time-consuming, tedious, and often prone to errors. This approach resulted in delays in delivering quality learning materials to students. The company was looking for a digital solution that could streamline the process and save time and effort for teachers.

Process

To develop an innovative digital solution for the client offline question bank preparation, Knovator followed a structured process that included extensive research, creating mock-ups of the proposed solution, and launching the platform. Let’s take a closer look at each step of the process.

We developed a digital platform that streamlined the offline question bank preparation process for the client. The solution included the following features:

For Admin
The platform allows administrators to manage mediums, standards, subjects, question banks, and paper styles. They can view multiple reports, including visitor data and payment information. The system also includes BigBlueButton, an open-source platform for live courses and tests, making it easier for administrators to manage and deliver learning materials.
For Teachers
The platform empowers teachers to manage blogs and generate paper sets for their students from the 8000+ available questions. This enables teachers to deliver high-quality learning materials quickly and efficiently.
For Admin
Students can access learning materials in PDFs and blogs and participate in doubt-clearing sessions to improve their understanding.

Milan Gajera was successful in achieving significant results in various areas with the help of our expert solution.
Questions added
The solution enabled adding 8000 questions to the question bank, providing teachers with various options while creating paper sets for their students.
Paper styles
The solution offered 16 paper styles, providing flexibility to the teachers while preparing question papers.
Teachers
The digital platform facilitated teachers’ management and activities, resulting in the onboarding of 158 teachers. The platform enabled teachers to generate paper sets for their students and manage blogs, making their work more accessible and more efficient.
Students
The solution allowed for e-learning via PDFs and blogs, enrolling 1600 students. The platform also provided doubt-clearing sessions, enabling students to clear their doubts and improve their understanding.
Learning points for students
The platform provided 40 learning points to the students, offering a comprehensive learning experience.
Total posts in the system:
The system recorded a total of 90 posts, which included various types of content such as blogs, paper sets, and doubt-clearing sessions.
